**Eligibility for Return and Refund**

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please ensure that the item is returned within 30 days of purchase.

**Non-Return and Refund Items**

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return and refund, including:

- Personalized/customized items
- Final sale items

**Return and Refund Process**

To request a return or refund, please contact our customer service team via email at contact@globalshopmart.com, stating the reason for the return or refund. Once the message is received, we will respond within 48 business hours regarding the status of your return and refund request.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the same payment method used at the time of purchase within 72 hours. Once the refund is issued, we will send an email confirming the refund. However, the timeline for the credit to reflect will depend on your bank or payment provider. If you have any questions regarding the timing of the refund credit, please contact your bank or payment provider.
