**Processing Time**

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

**Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates**

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will be provided once your order has been placed.

**Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking**

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 72 hours.

**Customs, Duties, and Taxes**

Global Shop Mart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

**Damages**

Global Shop Mart If you received a damaged order, please contact our customer support via email at contact@globalshopmart.com and send photos that prove the order was received damaged. We will then promptly send a new order to your home at no cost.

**International Shipping Policy**

We currently do not ship orders outside of Ireland.
